BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Patti Powers was born and raised in Michigan. She moved to Guam in January of 1987. She holds a Bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders from Andrews University and a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from University of Michigan. Mrs. Powers is married to her high school sweetheart, Brook, and has two children who attend GAA. EDUCATION:
