Spiritual Life

Being a Seventh-day Adventist academy, GAA incorporates God into the very fiber of our daily activities. During the week, faculty and staff worship together and implement worship into their classrooms occasionally asking students to participate through providing prayer or a thought.

Every Friday, the school accommodates its schedule to insert a chapel service in which the school stops to recognize the Creator in our lives. A variety of speakers bless the school with special messages that inspire and challenge the students to grow in Christ. Students are encouraged to be involved with the worship services weekly and are also presented with unique opportunities to grow in Christ through special mission trips and conferences. The faculty and staff also provide Bible studies to students who indicate a desire to learn more of the Bible and ultimately their Savior. Also the school puts on a week of prayer every semester in which a whole week is dedicated to reviving the student’s spiritual lives. It is a privilege to witness the change that goes through each student as they grow closer to Christ.
